The bed was comfortable and the view was great

Small room. My bathroom doubled as the Laundry for the whole complex so I had a procession of guests using it to wash and dry clothes until late at night. Also next to communal dining room so VERY noisy again until late at night. Curtain hanging off the rail. Dirty tissues left on chair. Very unimpressed for the price. More like a hostel

The view from the property is exceptional

This is the only property during our trip to New Zealand where we were asked to provide identification documents. I was even less happy when the host walked off with my passport, returning with it several minutes later.

The big lounge and separate kitchen/diner were excellent. The views were superb Comfie bed. Good breakfast

UHT milk only was provided Insufficient private parking. "Private" bathroom adjacent to room , next to kitchen, doubling up as a laundry room.

Great views

No en-suite bathroom-shared with others needing to use the laundry facilities in it. Too far from anywhere without a car

Great view Quiet location Clean

We stayed in an upstairs room with a sloping ceiling both in the bedroom & the bathroom. I hit my head twice & I am of an average height. Outside signage is poor. It is located in a suburban area & looks like a house. Breakfast was a standard cereal & toast. They could make a lot more effort in presentation as half opened boxes are left on bench & it was confusing in the fridge which milk was for consumption & which belonged to other people staying.

Very hard to find - tucked away off the beat and track

Was not a Suite was an Attic room with a bathroom which was tiny - couldn’t find anyone in the morning for breakfast - bit of a language problem

Wasn’t given a parking spot, had to walk up the road with all our gear. Very hot with no fan. Bath room was dated and gross.
