Very displeased. Had to get a room at a different hotel. Arrived to a closed office with a note taped to the door. I called the number provided twice. It went to a random person’s cell phone. Waited 25min. With the noise of a tented church service in the parking lot. No help of any kind arrived. So I left to find another room to stay in. This is why I have asked to be refunded any cancellation charge.
