La ubicación.

Debajo de uno de los sofás cama había suciedad y el colchón estaba sucio, no lo pudimos utilizar. En general el resto estaba limpio, aunque echamos en falta un cepillo y bayeta en la cocina.

The location was nice and central, the apartment was spacious and well equipped.

The shower in the upstairs bathroom was dangerously hot. When you turned the power up, the temperature went up, so it was basically trickling out when the temp was only just bearable. If the shower was on and someone flushed the loo or turned a tap on, it pretty much went off. Also the proximity to a nightclub (not sure which one) that went on until way into the early hours, where you could hear the music and people outside. Then after closing you could hear the glass being transported across the pavement and then tipped into a bin - this happened 3 or 4 times each morning (Sat and Sun AM) around 04.30 and was so loud! The sound proofing within the apartment itself was fine, it is the windows to the the outside that are the issue. The floors were not clean - our socks and feet were dirty with hours of arriving.

Great location, good value for money.

Noisy at night, difficult to sleep at times.

Situación y limpieza

Segundo piso sin ascensor, no había microondas, solo funciona un radiador, el del salón. Si se duchan dos personas se acaba agua caliente y éramos tres adultos y lo peor es qué reservamos dos habitaciones y dos baños y el mismo día antes de llegar nos cambian a una de una habitación y un baño sin tener tiempo adecuado para anular y buscar otra opción y cobrándonos lo mismo.

Was everything we needed perfect location right in the centre easy to find and easy to check in

No cold water. Water pressure on showers very poor. Internet kept dropping signal.Glass recycling from clubs emptied very late and noisy.

Buena Ubicacion, contaba con lo necesario para la estadia.

Llegamos al alojamiento y el.departamento que nos habian asignado estaba ocupado, por lo que tuvimos que salir a buscar un hotel y pagar nuevamente, ya que demoraron en darnos una respuesta. Pasadas unas horas nos reasignaron otro departamento y primetieron reembolsar a la tarjeta de credito la estadia de la primer noche que no pudimos usar. Fue un mal momento, lo resolvieron y esperamos la devolucion del dinero, ya que salir de ultima a buscar otro alojamiento nos costo mucho dinero. De igual manera luego dr varios llamados y mails para que lo solucionen pudimos alojarnos la segunda noche de 2 que habiamos reservado

The location was great. And apartment was a big size, sleeping 8 of us comfortably.

The duplex apartment we stayed in really wasn’t very clean. Every room was thick with dust. The bathroom had hair in the plug hole and the oven was absolutely filthy. I did contact the apartment to tell them about the oven, and they did offer to send someone in to clean the oven but I wouldn’t have wanted to use it after seeing the state it was In. Also the showers were horrendous! Either boiling hot or freezing. No in between. There was no cold water coming out the tap in the upstairs bathroom sink. It served its purpose but unfortunately it wasn’t in the best of condition overall.
