Excellent location to Mathew Street and the shops. Clean with all facilities provided. Lots of space to socialise.

Not double glazed so very noisy at night but this was to be expected in this location.

The apartment is big enough for a family with 2 king beds and sofa bed. All clean and tidy. Very central.

Maybe difficult if have mobility issues or pram as up stairs with no lift.

Convenient location in Liverpool City center and beds were comfortable.

Not very clean overall; found hair of previous guests in shower drain. Very minimal facilities (for example in the kitchen only 6 forks, 6 plates, etc and yet 1 single tablet for the dishwasher for a family of 5 during 3 nights.) We had to buy our own paper-towels. Heat was permanently turned on the bathroom and could not be turned off even during warm summer nights. Sent management message about this on the first morning and never received a reply. We had to ask about check-in procedures and waited 2 days for a reply.
