ZAThe staff is friendly and helpful when you need anything, the pools are well maintained and the kids had fun.
The room allocated to us was not up to standard! The bathroom has no table to put cosmetics, the towels and bedding covers are old. The cutlery is old, I was not impressed at all. They can work on their decoration, couldn't even just arrange same color for towels in the bed, see pictures shared.
ZAThe property was clean and convenient for just the one night stay we needed as we were attending a funeral nearby.
To be honest - there aren’t many options in this area. I am not sure where this picture on booking.com was taken because I did not see this on arrival . I suspect the pools are a separate establishment next door to the accommodation. The access to the accommodation can only be done in a van or big car from the main road due to the terrible road infrastructure. In their defence, the lack of water and electricity supply by the municipality means dependence on a generator for the power and borehole so when this was off, we would have no power or water.

ZAIt was clean. The room was overlooking a green valley which looked nice to look at.
We were knowingly allocated a room with a sliding door that didn't lock. We retuned around midnight from a wedding only to find that the host did not keep his promise to fix the lock. When i called him he seemed to imply that we didn't have to worry about an unlocked door. He finally came and i had to help him to fix the lock. The room was about 4 meters from a 1.6m high fence, which could easily be jumped over by criminals coming through the valley.
