Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort

The location is amazing.

The screaming children in the pool. Put a sign up to say no squealing, no screaming, no shouting. Problem solved. Looking at reviews this is ongoing! Write it in English and philipono. Room floor was covered in sand. I ended up with sand in my bed. I had multiple showers. My fridge was not working. Gym you get one access. Breakfast is so subpar. I didn't mind sitting in the other room. But the fact I'm a solo traveler looking at potential places for my clients to stay and the breakfast was so disappointing. I also had no choice but to pay for 2 x breakfasts. I wouldn't have even paid for one. I literally ate rice, veggies, and subpar fruit. Eggs were severely undercooked. The rooftop is ok. Service is slow. View of the ocean is only when you step out of the room onto the balcony and it's partial. And you have to listen to the screaming children!!! At least the pool shuts at 10pm and the screaming stops!

Location on the beach, pool access from room, sky bar & pool amazing 🤩. Fun atmosphere and interactions with all. Reception staff are extremely helpful.

Restaurant staff should remove dirty plates when a customer is done and wants to remain seated while enjoying a drink. Each time our table looked like a kitchen sink.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ocean Club Resort, and I can't praise the experience enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring my check-in was smooth and quick. The room was immaculate, with every amenity I could possibly need, the smart TV with Youtube and Netflix available which you cant find it in other hotels. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Special mention to Ms.Tetchie, whose kindness and attention made our stay even more memorable. The staff on the rooftop bar also, big thanks to all of them, Beatriz, Mitch, Mary...(OJT) and sorry that I forget the others names. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding hotel experience in Boracay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

It was alright,well a little bit far from station 2 we're the restaurant are all over.About the room and breakfast it was great.

At the lobby the Aircondition was not functioning and it was hot then when we came 1st day.Then our room the floor was kinda dirty like a lot of sand,but the next day they clean it and change the towels. It wasn't that bad staying.Just too far from the restaurant.But it was Ok.

The property is located at the beach front. There are also nearby establishments like restaurants, convenience stores and other shops.

We weren’t able to use the outdoor jacuzzi because it was not cleaned. The location of the pool and the two restaurants do not go well. Coming from outside and going back to our room, there are people eating/drinking on tables on the pool side. It was kind of awkward.

The hotel's location was excellent, just right on the beach in Station 3. It is close to shops and just a few minutes walk from the main road. The staff in the hotel and especially in the surf bar was phenomenal. They are very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our first room's toilet but they changed our room right away. They have live entertainment every night with love bands and fire dancers. The hotel's surf bar was excellent! It was the perfect location for enjoying the view of the beach and the sea and the staff in surf bar was always helpful to us, they took care of us very well. Kudos to Ralph, Jesa, Descerae and all the other staff there. They also serve great food in surf bar. We ordered sisig, burgers with fries, pesto pasta and they even grilled the fish we caught in our fishing trip. Also, for smokers this bar is the best as you can smoke whilst enjoying your drinks and the view. My partner and I wouldn't even want to leave this hotel on our last day. We literally cried on our last day thinking we are leaving this paradise. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next holiday in Boracay.

Breakfast options are not great especially for a European traveller as most options are Filipino food which is understandable but hopefully will improve.
