There is not enough food choices specifically for kids

Beach front location was very nice, epic rooftop pool with bar,

the weather, but that's not the hotels fault ;)

Property wise is good nice And very close to the shore so I Like it.

Location is a bit quiet have a direct access in the beach front

The room is like any other hotel room nothing to special. I think the best thing I saw or can recall was the guy making eggs in the morning he did his work and did so with a smile. Props to him he’s deserves a raise, everyone else that I encountered felt very much like robots. The shower head was nice.

Where do I begin… room was like a average hotel room. Kettle had noodle residue (someone cooked noodles in the kettle). Bed was a twin because they must’ve overbooked. Everyone working there felt like a robot.. no facial expression.. with the exception of the egg/ pancake guy absolutely great guy who should be working somewhere better. Walls are thin.. with a horrible view of a construction site. Unless pool-side. Listened to some people having a fight at 3 before hearing what sounded like a water-melon hit the floor followed by a slamming of the door then followed by police/security banging on the door at around 3:45ish.

They have sea view rooms… Pool in their balcony and tub in the toilet with sea view.

The housekeeping is soooo LOUSY! Theres poop on the toilet seat. Room is not properly cleaned. And even were transferred to a new room ITS STILL SO DIRTY. And one certain front desk asked us to pay again upon checking in. Claiming that the online payment didnt push thru despite getting the confirmation. They wasted our whole day trip only to wait inside the room for the refund that they said theyre waiting for booking.com’s response but upon checking booking.com didnt received any email from them. Them claiming that refund is controlled by booking.com, and the manager and front desk said that any changes in the booking is controlled by booking.com not them. Saying is “for say say only”

Staff were always helpful and delivered food or coffee when requested. Hotel staff made it easy to pay for shuttle service back to the airport. I paid up front and the hotel staff booked the taxi and ferry for me. There were constant activities provided by the hotel such as a foam pool party rooftop pool with a bar and beach front fire dancing.

There was only one elevator, but that wasn't so big of a deal to me.

No door lock in the restroom

food are on time serving and the room is clean.the beach is okay and the sky lounge is aewsome for the guest

there are some boat infront of the beach that hassle the beach time of the guest hope this would be arranged by the hotel management because its dangerous to the guest.
