Treebo Time Square Marine Drive

The staff were very good. The breakfast can be improved upon. We stayed for 2 days and it was the same for 2 days . The comon toilet, near the dining hall was very dirty . The lift had a a peculiar musty smell,which the staff tried to rectify but continued to smell. I stopped using the lift and used the stairs.The room given was small and we had booked for 3 adults in advance. It was barely adequate for 2 adults. I hope the breakfast quality and variety will be improved upon and the common toilet, used by many,will be kept clean and the musty smell in the lift will be removed soon . Best Wishes

The staff was super nice and welcoming. Rooms clean,. comfortable and air conditioned

The room was clean, the female manger friendly and was trying to help.

No toilet paper, fridge not working, advertised breakfast not available, e.g. no coffee or tea, fruit or toast, (second day they had some bread, jam and a fork to apply, normally wouldn't worry me too much, but ... payment system via a Third Party website (extra commission, double check that, maybe it's fixed). Reception often unattended. I could mention a few more issues, but that should do.

Room was good.
