Excellent services. The guy at the reception did an exceptional job of making us feel welcome.

The buffet could be better.

The breakfast selection was limited, and the staff seemed understaffed during that time, which affected the overall experience.

There's a need for improvement in time management and menu offerings to ensure a smoother and more satisfying experience.

Nothing was good except location. Staff, Kitchen, Room -- all were very poor.

From the onset, the behavior of staff was very rigid - no room service even for small things like tea. The room ceiling above the pillow was abnormally down, giving a feeling of congestion. In the washroom, the wash Basin was such that water leaked to your feet, leaving a very bad feeling. Breakfast was included but it was so pathetic. Every dish was cold. Sugar was filled with moisture. I had to opt for bread and butter. Even bread could not be toasted.
