Very cooperative and peaceful environment

Room size was good only, and the guard was nice.

Intercom was not working, no hot water, no working fridge, no proper hotel services, old and destroyed building. There was a miuse under the bed. Overwall total chaos. And not a single staff member except a security guard and a counter manager. Totaly bad experience.

Nothing liked at all. Will not come again in this hotel and also ask my colleagues not to go there.

Although, I booked Delux Room with 2 Double Beds, but when I reached there they said delux room is not available, and upon my request they made one bed into two single beds to meet my requirement. And they charged me the rate of Delux Room. There was no cleanliness, dust everywhere starting from stairs on the front corridors, room. When we were passing corridor on the ground floor, there was a complete mess of used towels, pillows, white chadars, blankets and mattresses lying there in an ugly manner. I also saw their kitchen, it was so horrible that one cannot enter in it. Breakfast was not provided, although it was mentioned when I booked the room. There was an unpleasant darkness everywhere, although they have lights Drainage of the Washroom was blocked and after bath there was water in the washroom floor, which was there for half an hour. And in the end, they didn't provide me the room rent bill, saying that the billing person will come in half-an-hour. When I insisted they provided me a small slip/chit which they might have made for billing of refreshments, so they gave me that Slip/Chit in the name of Room Rent Bill.

Staff behavior was exceptional especially Mr. Tanzeem Asghar behaved professionally and with humbleness.
