Fire Mounts Hotel And Resturant

The stay was very comfortable,specially the management was really very active.

Indoor breakfast was not available. Thus we arranged it from out side.

I was asked to pay 6000 for a night stay , though My booking was of 3200 . And the stupid reason receptionist gave was because we didn't brought a kid with us , we have to pay 6000 because it's what they charge from couples . Although I presented both ID cards

Its horrible experience. I stayed Water supply was night there and lot of bed things happened to me. 1) Water supply was not available in morning time as i had a meeting, i went in meeting without shower due to scheduled time. 2) Load shedding of Electric was observed straight 2 hours in night time. 3) No Telecom was available, i had to use my personal cell phone to get in touch with the staff. 4) Breakfast was free but it wasn't enough, so i had to pay extra money for a healthy breakfast. 5) Walls were awful. dust was every where in my room and my boss was also stayed there in other room, he faced the same problems that i faced.

Every area the need to improve which i mentioned earlier.

Just the cheap price

Handing the room keys to receptionist everytime I have to leave the hotel premises. First time experience in many years. They also have a kill switch for air conditioning. Zero electricity back up and the spring mattresses are expired and will cause you a back pain
