GBNice location, bus stops were handy. Hot tub was lovely and clean.
There was some damp issues, we found some bottle tops left in one bedroom and had to do our best to defrost the freezer section to close the fridge door properly.

The flat is really loud. You can hear if someone sneezes in the top bedroom, the sound is tea amplified. The whole place is heavily infused with electric scents but you can still smell the cat piss. The fire alarm was on for hours before we figured out how to turn it off. Nobody cared. The glasses and utensils were filthy. So was the hot tub area. Full of dirt and cobwebs.
