Everything. Fridge and freezer did not close properly, bath broke, tap broke, no reception, no housekeeping, the list is endless. We had one set of towels for 3 days. Everything advertised is false

Lovely location, very spacious room.

Not particularly clean, lacking in finer details such as dirty glasses in cupboards, nearly empty hand soaps without and shampoo or body wash provided, cobwebs on ceiling, dog hairs on sofa cushions, dirty shower head, loose fittings on bath, broken curtain rail, rotten peach on window sill from previous occupants, only 3 tea bags left for a 2 night stay. Particularly bad was potential rat or mouse droppings outside our door with a Henry Hoover right next to them but nothing cleaned during our 2 day stay with no staff seen to report it to. Overall could not be described as a "luxury" apartment.

Very spacious and clean

We filled the bath and then there was no hot water. The tap sink was dripping continuously and we couldn’t get in the freezer. We had no milk as instructed on the info there would have been half a pint. No signal for t.v.

Was a beautiful property!! Well equipped with everything you would need. Beautiful location, was a short drive to richmond and lots of local walking places. Self check in via keysafe was great- hassle free

We liked the large open plan space and decor. During our stay we had 2 very pleasant walks and I went for a run. Lovely countryside right on the doorstep. We met Deborah & Nathan, both really pleasant and helpful.

The property is very different. Old stables turned modern apartments. Great size, fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. There is only one bathroom and not two as described on booking.com. Management said they will get the summary corrected. We stayed as 2 couples so the two king rooms are fabulous and we did manage with one bathroom though 2 would have been better as described when we booked. A quiet location, a short drive to the local pub which we had great meals. Overall a great stay at Marske Stables. The location allows for travel in various directions for days out. Great walks nearby.

TV is set high on the wall. This causes some neck discomfort. The TV wouldn’t connect on arrival but after a phone call the management sent two amazing staff to fix a switch problem and they also set up the WiFi on the smart Tv. They were very friendly and efficient. It was great they came out to address the concerns so quickly.
