GBThe staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Heating was on but one room was still cold so they bought an oil filled radiator.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like just need a little more attention to finer details when cleaning.

Unclean, uncomfortable bed, dirty pillows that were old and like hard balls inside. Wardrobe almost fell over how flimsy it was so unable to unpack. Bed springs digging in. Left a day early and asked for a refund for last day but basically told I was wrong and they weren’t going to do anything
