The room was freezing cold window was open heating didn't come hot water took ages to come through. Too little space in room. Fridge froze food that we put in over night wardrobe needed fixing
GBExcellent location a 4 minute walk to the trams. Great facilities the kitchenette was a big bonus for breakfast etc. on street free parking what more could you ask for.

Something was clanking all night, almost as if the radiators were heating up but they never did

No staff on the premises to sort my problems. Television did not work. Shower did not work. Bathroom needs updating. Very outdated decor and furniture in the room. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz for £35 a night, but I do expect a working shower!
