Everything Paid £79 for one night, check in 4pm checkout 10am, stayed for birthday weekend. 2 adults and 1 child. Didn't realise there was no receptionist and you get a code for a key box on email. I had already knocked on some ones door thinking it was an office as it was all glass but then saw some one sat on a bed through the broken blinds!!! Walked past a door that said dining room???? Rubbish left outside another room for 2 days. The door to the room is extremely heavy and not fit for purpose. Its supposed to be a fire door but has large gaps where the handle is and all along the bottom. Carpet was paint stained and had not been vacuumed. The window had bird mess all down it, the blind was broke so wouldn't close properly, another guest let their dog in the yard but did nothing to stop it barking and there's no staff on site to complain to. Crip packet and other rubbish behind bedside furniture, the power cord for the TV is ridiculously placed where my 5 year old could have got entangled in it. Luckily i have a brain and sorted it. Aerial cord just shoved under the chair, the bin had an empty compost bag which we were meant to use as a liner. mismatch of plates and cutlery. Kettle already had water in it, no tea or coffee facilities, fridge was very loud and propped up on some polystyrene. Paint was so bad on the walls it was bubbling and hanging off. Mold on ceiling covered up with paint. THE BATHROOM 80's style bathroom with the dirtiest shower and sink ever. The limescale was so caked up and thick, i'm surprised water even came out. The sink plug chain was rusty and the taps were the same as the shower head. The bath mat had dog hairs on it. We went out early evening and came back around 11:30pm where the front door was left open. There is no security here or notices to advise guests to lock the door.This place was disgusting. I have pictures as evidence.
