Spacious, clean and good location

Absolutely terrible I would not recommend. Communication is so very poor and the owners are unhelpful.

Plenty of space. Liked the proximity of the park with the cafe on the corner

The apartment is very clean and is roomy with nice living room and Kitchen plus dining area. It’s within a walking distance to the city centre and car park is good too.

It’s just the mattress is too soft and it’s not good for a person who has got a bad back.

Large space in a great location.

Fantastic location near St Albans City train station, but without any noise from the trains. The apartment was clean and the cleaners were helpful in letting us in.

1. Directions to key box should explain it is on the exterior of the building. Difficult to find box with current instructions. 2. When we arrived, the key had not been returned to the key box so we would have had no way to get inside. Luckily, we ran into the cleaners who leant us a key. 3. The unit is half underground and not accurately described in bookings. 4. Kitchen was poorly appointed (it would be difficult to cook there long term) and linens and towels were scratchy. It felt like a dated IKEA show room.

Superb accomodation. Clean and convenient, will definitely stay again.

Finding the keys was bit of a hassle. Perhaps few photos on how to locate the keybox in the check in instructions will been helpful.
