Its a redlight area types hotel not good for family… extremely filthy and unhygienic. Found used condom in the room upon arrival… hair in the serving plate ..The ratings on various sites are fake . If u want to be safe NEVER stay in this hotel … tried questioning the manager about all dirtiness but he just ran away from the hotel…. At any cost , never stay in this hotel
INLocation was in the middle of the city
When I booked it show ‘book now pay later’ but after the booking I immediately received a message to pay 50% of the amount. I clarified with the hotel so they affirmed the same by saying that yes it’s their ‘policy’. After that at the time of check out they even asked for extra money for some family members by saying that I didn’t book for all of them. So, it was quite strange experience overall.
RUHotel location is perfewct located in market very nice property. staff is very coprative and THE STAFF COPARATES WELL AND IS VERY HARDWORKING AND THE WHOLE TEAM MEMBERS WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM AND CREATES A PEACEFULL ATMOSPHERE AMONG GUESTS
