INMy stay was fabulous they have a really good serive and a very kind staff , the cleanliness was also maintained quite well and I had a very comfortable stay the breakfast was also served well and was delicious
Nothing everything was up to date
INMy stay at this hotel was really good ,honestly it was the best service and staff was very cooperative ,they manage everything quit well,once I checked in everything mandatory things like dental kit,shaving kit,bath gels,good towels and welcome drink was provided . The breakfast was also really tasty and was serve sharp at 8:00AM.And thanks to the staff for making me feel comfortable:)

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We were overcharged compared to the rate we were initially quoted. The room itself was not clean – the bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition, clearly in need of a deep clean and some serious upgrades. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available in the morning, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. We expected basic cleanliness and transparency in pricing, but unfortunately, neither was delivered. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
INThe staff is very helpfull and polite and the rooms are also really well organized and clean+comfortable the breakfast served was also very tasty and made in a clean way and the hotel enviroment is also very positive with the reception people who gave a very kind and good guidelince with good support .I had my best stay over here thank you HOTEL RVG

INGood stay, staff Nature very nice , I have enjoyed breakfast,net and clean room and wash room, welcome drink also provided, good environment, totally priority clean and best part near by railway station

Cleanliness is horrible. No lift. Walls had moisture. Bedsheets was dirty. Pillow was smelling as if not cleaned for months. Breakfast had very few options. No lift in the property even though they have 3 floors.
