Hidden beauty in peaceful place

A lovely place to stay that feels like home from home.

Bonus biscuits. Flooring throughout was gorgeous.

No sockets near beds..annoying..

It was very spacious, had everything we needed & was spotless.

As alway..., beautiful accommodation, immaculately clean and ready early for us. Patrycja is an exceptional host and we always try to book here first whenever we visit family up north.

Lovely clean spacious house with enclosed garden . Lots of beaches within 20 mins drive. Near to shops and food outlets would definitely recommend

Great location, easy to find, quite safe neighbourhood, on pavement parking outside, key safe easy to find (but not too obvious from the street). comfy beds - the one in the small room is comfiest of all.

Couple of tiny things which will be easily sorted for the next bookings. But not enough to drop the ratings or spoil an excellent stay.

Spotless house. Great kitchen and downstairs space.

If i had to choose something....it would be better pillows - they were a bit lumpy! We didn't expect the house to be located on a housing estate from its title but it didn't matter - the location was great for accessing the Great North Run (only 35 mins from the finish line)

Good parking, easy for getting on major roads to explore surrounding area. Simple thoughtful touches such as larder staples and cleaning/laundry supplies. Nice to have outside seating in garden and washing line. Everything worked fine. Available for our preferred dates 😁.

The washer was a washer/dryer, struggled to get stuff dry as I'm not familiar (I did use line but we also had rain). Personally I prefer separate appliances. Again personal preference but the bedroom where white with no blackout curtains so woke too early. Blackout curtains would have been very appreciated. So if you wake with daylight take eyemasks. I struggle keeping them on though.
