This place offers a home from home atmosphere. Downstairs is an open plan aspect offering lots of space to relax and chill out. The kitchen offers everything you need with the added bonus of a dish washer . There is an enclosed dog friendly garden . 3 double bedrooms and also a downstairs toilet. It's in a quiet area with a park to walk the dogs just over the road. Plenty of parking space outside and friendly neighbours What's not to like .... And seaham is only a 15 minute drive. Roker within 30 mins making this place a great base to explore from. Oh and there's shops/ supermarkets within 5 minutes by car if you need supplies .

"Lovely house in Peterlee"

The house is very spacious and clean. The area was safe and quiet. There is plenty of off-road parking outside.

There is nothing to dislike. There were a few maintenance points, but nothing major.
