The building’s entrance was very ugly, like an abandoned place, with a portable toilet and scaffolding.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment! The place is incredibly quiet, with high ceilings and a charming old-style decor that adds so much character. Located right in the center, it was perfect for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, especially the perfectly cooked scrambled eggs—such a great way to start the day! A huge thank you to Roberta for her warm and amazing welcome—she truly made the stay even more special. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! 😊

They don`t have a parking, but they suggestion where to put the car ;)

We had an amazing stay. The room was split level with a bed upstairs and a sofa downstairs - perfect for two friends. It was nice to stay in an authentic place instead of a standard hotel with a completely different, cozy atmosphere. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Roberta's recommendations meant that we were able to experience the best food in Palermo. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

We enjoyed our stay at Heritage so much! The hotel is a pure gem-the stylish interior, the location, the vibe, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast-it was all so great and special. The hotel is so central yet in a quiet corner of the town. We could reach everything by foot and felt very safe also in the night. The rooms are so chic and well-designed. The communication was very good and welcoming. The breakfast was perfect, so delicious and great variety of choices. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Roberta was literally the best. She is brilliant such a warm-hearted and cheerful person. Very hospitable and professional.
