Heritage Collection Palermo B&B

Beautiful rooms in the heart of Palermo. Very comfortable, large rooms, very elegant, large bathroom. Run by a very friendly host. Late check in was very easy due to a keypad access to the building and rooms. A wonderful stay.

The noise at night was a disgrace. Closing the windows made no difference…..Music, screaming, shouting. Impossible to sleep until after 4am & then was woken again with it. It’s not a hotel- nobody is present in evening or night time. Entrance is via a building site with a builders Portolou after a door hatch.

Great location. In the thick of the action but very quiet

We have just had the most amazing stay here at Heritage Collection. We had to make a very last minute booking as our original place had a faulty door and we were left locked out- that’s another story! It was initially a little difficult to find as it was late and very busy, but we were patiently directed to the property over the phone by the lovely Roberta who guided us to our luxury room. We were greeted by a luxurious, spacious room with incredibly high ceilings, wonderful balcony that you could actually sit on and a super comfortable bed. The bedding was crisp and luxurious as were the toiletries in the spacious bathroom. I loved the attention to detail with an optional coloured lighting in the rainfall shower. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and ample with options for cooked eggs as well as lots of pastry choices and cold meats/cheeses. Roberta served us and gave us a warm Palermo greeting, providing us with information about the local area and recommendations for where to eat and what to do. I would highly recommend this B&B and if I could I would give Roberta 11/10 for her care and warmth she showed us after our prior traumatic experience. Thank you Roberta. 🙏
