Everything! Roberta was the best host. She went above and beyond to make us welcome and look after us. Communication was excellent. Room was beautiful. Amazing breakfast in pleasant dining room. Central location. Great shower with quality toiletries. Very comfy bed. Room was very quiet, spacious and clean. Efficient aircon very welcome after the heat outside. Room safe.

Entry courtyard is under construction but didn’t affect us at all so not a problem. Will be lovely when completed.

Great communication, Roberta was very helpful and friendly. Perfect location to explore Palermo.

Some construction near by

The host was wonderful. Great communications & was waiting for us when we arrived. Did a great job in getting us settled & recommended sites & dinner locations. Also arranged our taxi to the airport the following morning. The room was basic but clean. Had an adorable balcony so you could sit outside & see the city. Had an elevator so we didn't have to lug our luggage up any stairs.

The pillows definitely could have been more comfortable.

The Heritage is a 5 minute walk to the tourist office and the Quattro; the center of the old town. It is around the corner from the largest food market. Roberta was a wonderful resource for restaurant options/ any questions. She was available by phone. . She made delicious eggs/ omlets.There was variety of breakfast items from juice, pastries, cereals, cheese & meat. Our accommodations in the king bedrooms were spacious. The air conditioning worked well. The updated bathrooms had good water pressure & temperature

When we entered the building, part of it is still under renovation. There were construction material and debris before we reached the stairs. The Heritage is located on the second floor ( in actuality the third floor by US standards) which made it difficult lugging our luggage to the Heritage’s location We only had 21inch suitcases to manage. Roberta, their representative, said there are plans for an elevator in about 2 years.
