1) 창 밖으로 보이는 풍경이 너무 멋짐 2) 깨끗이 정돈된 객실은 만족스러움 3) 편안한 침대 컨디션으로 숙면에 도움 4) 주위에 먹을 꺼리 식당가가 가까이 있어 산책 겸 걸어서 이동하기에도 좋음

1) 실내 주차 공간이 매우 협소 하여, 지하 주차장이 일찍 만차가 됨 (물론, 야외 주차공간이 있으나 이동이 불편하고 먼지가 많이 날리는 컨디션임) 2) 때때로 다니는 기차소리가 낭만적이긴 하지만, 모르고 들으면 천둥치는 소리 같이 깜짝 놀람 (최초에 들었을 때 만.. ㅎㅎ)
