Getting in was a nightmare. If it hadn’t been for the veteran golfer who went to guard shack, we would have never even known where to get the key because it was nowhere in the directions.

Pool was disgusting, welcome packet claimed it would be open. We planned our whole trip around being able to cool off in the pool. It never happened. Hvac system was blowing in reverse, air filter looked as if it had NEVER been replaced. Being a certified repairman, i rewired the capacitor and fixed the fan. Owner STILL hasn’t paid me for the repair. Tub had been painted with LATEX PAINT!!!! Tried bathing my child and paint chips started to peel from bottom of tub. A real SLUM LORD’s PARADISE.

I could not stay there someone else was in my room

Some employee allow someone else to stay in my room I went out to get something to eat when I came back someone else was in my villa so employee tried to put me in 107 which was not clean the bed's not made towels in the bathroom I had to go and get a room at night's end I went up to the god interest and told them what happened they say they have nothing to do with it because they do not handle the reservation to get in contact with y'all

I booked, had confirmation email, arrived at time given to me to check in, 2 hours later and no return calls I went to town and rented hotel rooms that cost 250.00 more than the villa I had booked. The general manager called after I was checked into hotel and was very nice stated he thinks security had the keys but didn’t give them to me. Very nice and I agreed to try their property at a later date. Then Monday morning a women calls and states she never saw the booking and if I want to book maybe I should just call direct bc she can only work part time. I book Wednesday and my arrival was Saturday……There is definitely a break down of communication at this property. I was nice and cordial bc I had already spoken to the general manager and I feel his employee really dropped the ball. *********This was the first time I was able to get all 3 of my grown kids together since my son was medically retired from the Navy. I spent 2 1/2 waiting to hear from anyone at the property, and then another 30 minutes getting hotels-during this time my son sat at a restaurant in Helen waiting to get to the Villa. I was able to spend 30 minutes with my son. Our trip was ruined!!!!!!! My son didn’t even stay the night in Helen. He and his girlfriend drove 3 1/2 hours back home.

I really liked the gated community! The Villa was very clean and plenty of room for four guys. Very nice

The front porch and both back porches needed some new deck boards, the table and chair needed to be new also. The grass and shrubs needed attention and the club house hasn’t been looked after in a long time.

Deck was dirty, chairs on deck were dirty, ceiling fan upstairs was inoperable and looked and sounded like it could fall

The rooms were cozy and the beds were extra comfy. The place was very clean.

The location was very convenient, and the property was large enough to fit everyone.

The direction we were traveling from put us at the back gate, around 8pm. The gate was not manned, I called twice, the call center said someone would call me back to help me, nobody ever called back. We finally went to Helen, and found the main gate entrance. The on duty security were helpful. The bed that we slept in seemed to have a worn mattress, it felt like we were going to sink in it. My wife ended up sleeping on the floor. Property overall seems like it needs to be fixed up.
