It was an excellent stay. Our host, Saskia, was just exceptional and very detailed. The location is in a prime area with various shops just by the residence. The residence is also by the roadside, so allows for easy cab rides to any part of Windhoek. Despite being by the roadside, vehicular noise didn't seem to penetrate the rooms, making one's sleep peaceful. To add, when one of the rooms had a power outage the night before our departure, Saskia (our host) was available via call to do a quick reload on the meter to restore power. We will definitely stay here again when next in Windhoek.

Nous avons du louer cette chambre en urgence, car nous avons dû retourner à Windhoek pour raisons médicales et annuler un autre établissement. Elle était très bien, et correspondait à nos attentes en termes de qualité/prix. Comme nous sommes arrivés tard, nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer la personne en charge pour la remise des clés, mais elle avait tout organisé.

Le gros point noir de cette chambre, ce sont les nombreuses blattes (cafards) qu'on a dû éliminer en arrivant.

The location is perfect—right across from shops and very accessible. I loved the smooth self-check-in process and quick communication. The area is safe and in a lovely residential suburb.

There were no electricity units on arrival, and power went off shortly after check-in. I had to buy my own units, and the housekeeping only arrived around 1 AM to assist. Also, the check-out time differed from what was listed on the app.
