IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND- no address number given, sign for apartments is MINUSCULE on the building with no directions on how to get to the back of said building Reservation was cancelled before I even got there as I had missed one request asking me to pay early while I was travelling to said destination (strange and possibly innapropriate considering you are supposed to pay upon arrival....) even though the company had my credit card on file. After trying for 30 minutes to find my room/any help at all- a representative told me I DESERVED to be stuck outside because I hadn't already paid for my reservation. Lovely.
