Urban Oasis Apartments at Hidas

Perfect location for accessibility to town centre. The apartment was cleaned and adequately furnished with an excellent view of the city from the balcony. Internet signal was very strong, with my phone connected even whilst outside of the premises. Download speed was good as well. The host was flexible as I arrived earlier than check-in time and was kind enough to allow access to the flat before the designated time.

The TV was redundant as there was no access to local channels or Netflix. Description to the accommodation could be better in the messaging, perhaps to include the name of the apartment building and "opposite Checkers" in directions as this is a major landmark in Kline Windhoek.

Location

Communication was very poor. Had to ask for check in details when we got at the property. The apartment had a couple of issues 1. Wifi wasn't working for 4 days we were there 2. Apartment was full of cockroaches 3. Water pressure was so low 4. Takes long to respond/fix complaints

Aircon is not cooling

The location, is perfectly located. I also enjoyed the internet and watching Netflix.

The air conditioner is wrongly placed, so even if its on, one can't really feel it.
