The Annexe at Riverside Cottage

Wonderful location. Jo was an amazing host and bent over backwards to make our stay the best it could have been. Perfect place to take children, they would have stayed on the grounds all day if we hadn't had other activities planned. None of us wanted to leave.

There wasn't anything not to like

Friendly welcome, beautiful surroundings and a great location. Accommodation was great and clean, modern and ideal for our 2 night stay. A real nice touch was the 'welcome' eggs.

Can't honestly say there was anything 'I didn't like'

The whole stay was amazing, lovely Cottage with all facilities needed. Jo was amazing and very helpful.

Sad to leave

A beautiful property away from it all. It was lovely to wake up the sound of running water and owls hooting. We enjoyed watching the wildlife whilst sitting by the wood burner. A very enjoyable mini-break. The owners couldn’t have done any more for us, but gave us plenty of privacy at the same time. Highly recommend.

The WiFi wasn’t as strong upstairs, but that is being really picky. Everything was great.

It was such a beautiful resell thought out family home, we could live there all of us the whole family loved this property and the location. The hosts where very welcoming and helpful, lovely good people. The animals where fun for the family and my two youngest loved getting out to feed them and pet them, they loved the zip line tree house trampoline rope tire swing, it was a child’s dream home /garden, Amazing weekend family trip cant say enough about the location or our hosts:)

Idyllic, quiet location with wildlife everywhere and no noise or light pollution. Walls from the property and animals for the children to interact with.

The accommodation was delightful, complemented by exceptional hospitality. It is important to highlight the owner, Jo, who is remarkably friendly, helpful, and supportive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time interacting with the chickens, pigs, and goats, and Milli and Flix were also very amiable. Our holiday stay was relaxing and enjoyable, set in a pleasant atmosphere.
