Very good communication from booking to leaving. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Some little welcoming extras like milk, coffee, tea and biscuits. Very quiet yet close to the centre of Whitby.

Very comfortable, clean and warm. Conveniently located just behind the Main Street but not far from Cranberry Swamp- an excellent cafe.

Flat was in a good location for exploring Whitby. It was exceptionally clean and well presented, well equipped with everything you'd need when staying somewhere for a few nights and the added extras (sweets, fresh milk in the fridge, snacks etc) were a lovely kind gesture.

Parking was an issue on our first night - the car park along the road was full. Managed to get parked about a 10 minute walk away from the flat.

Everything about the Oystercatcher was first class. From the moment we arrived it was brilliant. It was among the cleanest places we have ever stayed and the facilities we excellent.

Nothing TBH. We will definitely stay at the Oystercatcher again when we visit Whitby as the whole holiday was a fantastic experience.
