Stunning view of Table Mountain

Location and view. Cleanliness. washing machine and dryer very convenient.

Lack of amenities such as laundry detergent, soap. The front door was difficult to close . The bathroom doors did not totally close. A lounge room window did not firmly close and when it was windy( especially at night) the room was cold and the howling was very loud. There wasn’t any tea or coffee, milk or creamer.

The views of Table Mountain is absolutely spectacular. You never grow tired of taking in all its splendor. The location is excellent. I loved that the MyCiTi bus stop was right on the corner. It's makes moving around in the city super convenient.

The one tag system was not the best. I wished the building had a better access system or the availability of multiple tags (atleast 2 would have worked better for our family). The shared bathroom is just a bit too cramped. A smaller/compact basin would have worked better.

A instalação em si é boa

Tem que assinar livro ao entrar e ao sair… mesmo que em vários momentos do dia. Isso tornou- se estressante. Uma espécie de assinar livro de ponto como se estivéssemos na escola ou trabalho…. Se são duas ou 3 pessoas todos devem assinar… sinceramente. A pessoa vai pra ter descanso e relaxar e não pra estar de hora em hora a se estressar com isso. Criem outro mecanismo de controlo, porque só por este facto me fez não querer voltar ao local.

Amazing views

Pictures are deceiving. There is a communal pool. Parking bay was a frequent issue during my stay. Other vehicles parked in my designated parking bay, I was clamped when I parked in another bay and was demanded to pay a R500 fee.

It was clean, modern with a beautiful view.

I liked everything

The location was convenient, the spaces were good, all the needed applianced were there. The decor was pleasant and there were lots of useful information on the guests book.

The place lacked maintenance. There were no blinds nor courtains in the living room, the rail was there but no blinds, so the room was fully exposed to the sun all day. The blinds in the bedroom where broken. One of the bathroom doors, the one facing on the corridor, didn't fully close and it was impossible to close the sliding door to the outside once opened. This caused the whole place to rattle when the wind picked up in the evening, making it hard to sleep. The apartment is nice and has potential, but it needs some maintenance.

just the location

first, don't fall for the trap of "private pool" because is not private but common. second, one bathroom had a terrible smell which spread all over the apartment. the key keeper promised that this will be fixed next day which never happened during our stay. the entrance door was banging like hell in the first night due to strong winds. it was not clean at all, hair from previous tenants and cockroaches.

Prima en veilig vertrekpunt. Comfortabel maar windgevoelig appartement. Lekkere bedden.
