The location and amazing views

Thr wind coming through the windows and the banging door, the door needa some fixing.

I was travelling with my wife and 2 kids, both minors. The property was very dirty, had stained and smelly couches, which they tried to cover with throws, but stains were visible anyway. Moreover, their towels were dirty and very stinky The lounge windows don't have blinds or curtains, while they are west facing, so in the afternoon the sun is fully in the flat resulting in excruciating heat and severe light coming in. This therefore means no one can sit in the lounge, even with the aircon on. There is also a sliding door in the same room which is damaged, it only opens less than halfway and once opened it can't close. I tried unsuccessfully numerous times and then called the host to assist. The response I got was that they can't assist me, meaning I had to sleep with an open door. After throwing a fit, there was suddenly a maintenance guy who they sent out. Needless to say that this took approx 45min which we had to endure and hope they would assist. After this ordeal coupled with the service we were given, we tried looking for an alternative accomodation and only managed to get a hotel to check in the next day. We then spent the night there and tried to do our best to enjoy the place which was very hard I must say. Out of the three nights we booked, we only spent one. And this inconvenience actually costed use a huge amount of money as were forced to look for last minute accomodation during a very peak season. It was either that or me risking my children's health.

Everything was very bad. Very poorly managed property.

The flat is cute, there are 2 bathrooms

Although the flat was very high up, there were no window blinds or curtains which made us uncomfortable as women. The security/reception people are quite rude

The location was excellent and very convenient, close to shops and attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.
