Nice place to stay

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. I wasn’t expecting much but this far succeeded any expectations I had. The staff was incredibly kind and helpfu, from the front staff to the hospitality team ( housekeepers and breakfast/dessert attendants). The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool area was quite large. The kids loved the dessert time at night. Breakfast was basic but good. Coffee was hot and fresh. A bonus was the multiple Tesla charging stations. We will definitely come back!

Only complaint that the water didn’t get real hot, staff was great

By looking at the pictures online and the labels attached to the pictures, I booked a King Suite. By the pictures and descriptions on the pictures the King Suite had an exterior seating area off the room. This is the only reason I had chosen the room and paid the big price difference. Once in the room it was smaller than expected and had no attached outdoor seating area. The seating area was actually a small spot off the other side of the building from our room. I would have booked a less expensive room had I known this and had the same experience.

Went to Branson last weekend with family & stayed here on our first night there. Hotel front desk was very friendly, the room was clean & bed was comfortable as well. Would most likely stay here again in the future!

Great Hotel. We stay there when it used to be barrington hotels and now ist is Spak bu hilton. Big improvement.

Overall a decent, clean hotel. The room did not get very cool, and we were there 3 nights with no housekeeping. I’m not sure if that’s just the norm now but we had to ask for new towels and wash rags and no one emptied trash. Staff was very friendly though.
