I have no problems

Everything was great except the shower wouldn’t work. The front desk said there was a trick which I tried but still didn’t work, so that was unfortunate. Other than that it was nice, new and clean. The location was very convenient.

Overall, the hotel was very nice, as it has been recently remodeled. I was disappointed that they ran out of bacon at breakfast a full hour before breakfast closed. Also, even though the breakfast room is large and spacious, they didn't have room on the serving counter for the biscuits and gravy. You had to stand by the employee entrance to the kitchen area and ask for it. I would stay here again.

The stay was great, we only stayed over night BUT at check in it was VERY comfortable and nice. Any questions we had they answered we also were invited to an "ICE CREAM" social (sweet treats) from 9pm to 11pm. Anyway The room was clean, lots of towels, streaming services, pool and spa open until 11 pm, 24 hr. guest services if needed for any questions and a wonderful breakfast and coffee included with your stay on each floor... Oh also kiddos stay free :-) . Pet friendly also!!! We will definitely go back and stay again at a SPARK HOTEL BY HILTON!

No outside pool

Great stay, clean rooms, friendly staff!

I picked pay at property when I booked, however it is not pay at the property, myself, my sister and my mother all booked rooms, they charged my mothers card the night before, they canceled mine and my sisters rooms because we did not pay by noon the day we was arriving, when check in was not until 3pm. So on our way to Branson for our family trip my sister and my self had to find a different hotel for our families!
