Beautiful Home with Parking 5 Mins to One NZ Stadium

It was comfortable and clean. Off street parking.

Some towels need upgrading.

We had wonderful stay at this property. We travel for business and its very important for us that the place is quiet. It was very peaceful and cozy. The apartment have everything you need, there is even Netflix, comfy sofa & blankets! There is a driveway to the house with a parking spot which is great cause we like when our car is not parked on the street, very easy to access and park. The pantry had lots of extras and fully equipped kitchen. Lots of clean towels and very clean bathroom! It was 3 of us and it was very spacious and comfortable to stay.

There is nothing we didn't like.

Clean, tidy and spacious, has everything you need, automatic lights for outside when you arrive late at night were an added bonus. Very quiet location.

struggled with the heatpump, was with my elderly mum who felt the cold, ended up sitting with a blanket on her. Could not get to warm up. Her suggestion was when were the filters last cleaned?

Wir haben uns in dieser sehr gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Nichts

The house is definitely tidy, warm and has almost all the things we need (plates, cutleries, cooking utensils, pots/pan/frying pan, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher and washing machine too) . It's like a home away from home :). The area is quiet, and not far from the city. We're definitely happy and satisfied and would be getting this accommodation again if ever we are going back to Christchurch in the future.

The bathroom's really clean, it has a heater which helped, given that it's winter time now but it could also do with a lock (at least). But we were able to figure out how not to accidentally open it with someone inside. The important thing is it's clean and it being new is a plus. :)
