The Reflectory at Ryedale House

I liked the closeness to the centre .

The apartment was beautiful though the shower leaked. The concierge was most helpful and courteous.

There was too much faff in entering the apartment initially. An engineer was abusive, unhelpful and, indeed, threatening when we tried to enter the parking area. We are in our mid 70s.

No breakfast service offered

No reception customer service, awas having trouble to collect key from locking cupboard, called customer service and noone answered. Left a message and no one responded.

Thanks for the use of your beautiful accommodation both bedrooms have their own bathroom which is a plus, everything else is well planned out excellent.

Location perfect with lovely views of Clifford's tower and overlooking part of the waterways. Facilities were excellent.

Only minor details such as loose socket, Broken towel rail in bathroom and most of the furniture in bedroom could do with new handles as kept coming off.
