"Nice overnight stay with beautiful scenery."

Not far from the beach. Musa was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The owner was friendly and helpful as well.

There was a problem with the water pressure and the drain in our shower seemed to be blocked, BUT we were moved to a different room straight away which we are grateful for.

Ligging was uitstekend.. mooie uitvalbasis voor diverse dagtrips. Uitstekend ontbijt en een hele fijne gastvrouw. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Echt een aanrader.

the advert on booking.com says the Villa is 2.5 km from city centre. An assumption is that the city centre refer to Cape Town city centre .... in keeping with the search

Stunning accommodation in an area with amazing views. I would recommend the place for people who appreciate nature and tranquility. We received a warm welcome, Evelyn, Mr Dube, and Claudia were exceptional hosts. The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our stay incredible. A delicious breakfast was prepared for us every morning with a variety to choose from. I wish we had an opportunity to extend our stay at Villa Livadia. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our vacation in Cape Town.

The light in the bedrooms and the tap in the bathroom need to be fixed.
