Nam is an amazing person and I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out. With another typhoon approaching he politely helped me reschedule my holiday, without asking anything in return, clearly showing his compassion and good heart. He will be a great tour guide and next time I am in Hai Phòng I will definitely message him to help him build his touring company. I recommend others to do so aswell; he speaks great English which is very rare! He deserves a raise and praises for his hard work, because he is the only reason I leave a review. I never leave reviews so it really means something that I take the time to mention this. The room has a good price/quality trade-off. The room was clean and it is easy to enter/leave the building at any time. Tv has internet and apps (youtube, netflix, etc) which you can easily connect to with your phone.

The next building was right next to my room so there is no view, even on the 5th floor. Maybe that's different for other rooms. Some utilities are old and should be replaced.
