Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted by Vu Duy Giang Nam, he then showed me to my room and explained everything to me about the use of the stove washing machine and the electric bedit. Over the top service. He also explained how to use the "Fob" to enter the building and the room. Was very courteous and helpful with all needs and had several recommendations for my stay as far as dining and a great place for coffee and a cold beer. Informed me if I needed anything he could be reached via the "What's up" app. and feel free anytime to call should I need anything. Great wai start my stay. The staff is very helpful as well & curtious. Place was very clean and the AC & Fan worked perfectly. Great views of the old town. Shower had plenty of HOT! water, just make sure you turn on the breaker at least 10 - 15 minutes prior to showering. Vu Duy did explain that earlier, just a reminder. Plenty of closet storage and the pantry stocked with cooking utensils with the full size fridge made for cooking a nice meal inside the room instead of always going out. Made service daily provided me with fresh linen & water. Security very good was able to leave my motoin front with plenty of room for other vehicles. Great old town vibe &:the river is only about 2 blocks away. Highly recommend and will for sure stay again, great value and a nice chayof pace from the normal hotel room. Great job guys and THANK YOU for making my stay a memorable one.
