A perfect hotel in a very calm but central location. The room is beyond expectations.

When I arrived at this property the gentleman in charge was angry and confrontational from the start. There was no effort to try and work with me to identify what the issue was. One of the ladies was trying to be helpful but he was rude and aggressive to her as well. Overall a very aggressive and unsafe environment and I left after about an hour to find other accommodation which as I booked at short notice they have been payed by booking.com

The aggressive unsafe environment and complete lack of interest in helping me understand what the issue was. I have spent the last 4 months travelling across Indochina using booking.com and this is the first bad experience and as it turns booking.com does not appear to have any easily identifiable dispute resolution process

This place is located next to a river in a newly and highly developed part of town, everything around it seems new. Easy to get around. The place itself is absolutely spotless, new appliances everywhere, very clean, great bed, stable WiFi, modern shower. In short everything works and the staff are top notch and very friendly and efficient.
