Breakfast was lovely, the host supplied home made treats daily. A beautifully equipped property.

It was beautifully modern, really close to Redruth, Portreath and Porthleven and we had everything we needed.

Bathroom down the hall, not ensuite, no shower, squeaking doors and floors

The room and the bathroom were very clean. (But please note that the private bathroom that belongs to the room "Garden View" is in the corridor and not in the room, so you have to cross the corridor in the house everytime).

The entire house is poorly soundproofed, so guests have no privacy, you hear everything. The breakfast is listed as "superb" on booking.com. However, it is very very simple. Overall we did not find the price-performance ratio to be fair.

Absolutely delightful short stay at Meadowview Cottage, Michelle and Steve were wonderful hosts and have an absolutely beautiful home. We were there for a funeral, travelled from Yorkshire and got stuck in traffic on our way down, we rang Michelle to let her know that we were going to be later than planned and this was no trouble at all. The complimentary breakfast each day was a lovely touch with an always freshly baked treat that was very yummy. Would highly recommend.
