Excellent location, within 20 mins walk to everything. Property was clean. Emily was accommodating, provided us with early check in and late check out and also a place to store our bags. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bizim odamız çok küçüktü ama fiyat performans olarak çok memnun kaldık. Direkt metro ve otobüs durağının önünde. Yürüme olarak bir çok yere yakın. Çok temizdi, lobide çay kahve imkanı da vardı. Güvenli hissettirdi tesis hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık

Our dedicated contact Anna was very friendly and helpful. She was reachable and did everything to help us. Room was ready one hour earlier from check-in time upon our request. Our room was clean first when we checked-in. The location is amazing. It is worth to stay even only for the location. It's near Basilica( easy to walk any touristic places), lovely cafe and Restuarants, shops and scooter hiring park place. It is good place to stay only for couple of days for quick city breaks but with few problems.

The moment we got into our room, we wanted to have a shower to freshen up after a long journey. The minute I went into shower, the water gone cold. I waited a bit with wet hair but still cold water. Than I contacted to customer service and they said they will send maintenance service. In the night, when we were back water was hot. Then on our 3 rd day same thing happened with water. When I contacted them, I learned that they have 2 big boiler tanks and if other guests finish hot water until you are back from outside, you have to wait for at least 3 hours. They said that I need to wait 3 hours if I want hot water. I requested for a compensation, they offered a breakfast at a cafe on the day we were leaving. I requested another type of compensation because we left at 8 AM but hasn't been replied, yet. On the other hand, there wasn't any places to put our luggages on. Plus not enough shelfs. When we requested for make my room up service, only towels were changed and floors weren't hoovered at all. At the entrance and everything gloomy, very dark, you have to turn on your cell phone flashlight to light up the stairs and not kill yourself.

L’emplacement proche des transports en commun. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Il n’y a aucun signe qui montre qu’il y a un hôtel à cet emplacement. Je croyais mettre trompée d’adresse en arrivant. Il n’y a personne qui vous accueille en arrivant, tout se fait via WhatsApp. On autant tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir quand on est dans la chambre.

Ubytování bylo blízko centra. Pokoj na přespání stačil, i když byl maličký.

Při otázce jak se dostaneme do ubytování hlavními dveřmi které jsou zamčené mi slečna na recepci řekla, že máme zazvonit. Kdyz jsme se vraceli z města jsme zvonili a nikdo neotevíral. Byly jsme ubytovani s malým miminkem, a nechali nás čekat minimálně půl hodiny venku v zimě. Neposlali žádný kód aby jsme se mohli dostat dovnitř, nikdo nezvedal ani telefon. Jen AI… nakonec poslali kód, po telefonátu na nějakou centrálu..
