The hotel is very clean and the location is excellent, right in the city center which makes it very convenient for sightseeing. It is also quite easy to find the hotel even though it is located inside a historic building, because the staff sends clear instructions on WhatsApp before arrival. This makes the check-in process simple and stress-free.

The walls are extremely thin and you can hear absolutely everything, even sneezing, flushing the toilet, conversations, or coughing from other rooms. During our stay there was a very loud guest who was having phone calls and practically shouting across the entire property at 8 a.m. We could also clearly hear a baby crying early in the morning around 7 a.m. Because of this, it is difficult to feel any privacy in the hotel. I would recommend it only for a short stay (1–2 days) if someone mainly wants to explore the main attractions in Budapest.

Perfectly located right in the city center, yet in a very quiet area, ideal also for solo travelers. The room was absolutely elegant, truly worthy of a 5-star hotel. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and the bathroom was stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows wonderfully soft. The room lighting was simply amazing, thoughtfully designed and creating a perfect atmosphere. Breakfast is not served inside the property, but at a nearby café that offers outstanding brunch options. Honestly, the best brunch I have ever had (rated 4.9 stars on Google with over 2,000 reviews). Far better than the typical hotel buffet full of options but lacking in quality and flavor. Highly recommended!

There was a small issue accessing the room at night, as the locker code provided was incorrect. However, everything was resolved, even late at night, thanks to the host’s prompt assistance.

The smell in the bathroom was horrible, could not leave the door open.

Ne pas avoir de personnes physique et que des messages automatiques c’est vraiment contraignant, comme par exemple arriver plus tôt et laisser nos affaires à l’accueil avec un agent de propreté alors qu’il y avait censé avec des genre de casier. Concernant le ménage rien à été fait durant notre séjour. Trois jours ça va mais si plus à voir

It was super clean, really spacious (I’d recommend getting the largest room as we seen the other ones are very small). Staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy. Pillows are terrible and need replacing though.
