Didn't like anything

Didn't like anything as stated below. No proper communication, no proper response, no map about hotel location sent to us. No response by recepton on phone on the day of lodging. Finally we did not get room from this hotel even after booking 1 month before in booking.com. totally very bad experience. Not advisable to others.
