Water problem met and attended shortly

Good for nothing.

Room are not tidy enough. We saw lot of stain in bedsheets and not comfortable for us. When we came there, have no water in the toilet and we said to the satff and later half an hour later water came. Whole night we didn’t sleep well due to huge noise of concrete mixer from downstairs. We stay there for single night and we check out at 7:30 quickly. Thank you for disgusting experience for us,never forget this.🙁🙁

Third class hotel with a super third class experience.Non cooperative staff and no basic facilities not dven hot water avaialble and acs not working...worst hotel to stay and need my monry back for this torture.

The room was so shabby, Broken Floors, Used Bed sheets, torn blankets, No network android TV. Breakfast was included in the booking, but initially they refused and later provided from some street vendors. No glass or water was provided. No mirror in the room. Overall it was a horrible experience and Booking.com .should not promote and provide us such accommodations in the future. It will spoil your reputation as well. If you need I can provide the photos of the room and facilities where I got at the hotel. Even after requesting to change the bed sheets and clean the room, they didn't do it.I returned the keys and asked them to do it, when I returned after 5 hrs it was still pending and was asked to sit at the reception to get the job completed. They take the image of my Id card in whatsapp not taking cooy at the machine which is highly irregular, as my Id proof can be misused by any one through social platform. When I demanded to take a photocopy of the same, his copier machine was under repair. In all aspects I felt discomfort and didn't get proper rest both physically and lost peace of mind

Close proximity to the US visa biometric centre.

Little or almost zero basic facilities like water, food, house keeping. Mosquitoes in room. Had to call staff repeatedly to get a mosquito repellent coil.

Location was near to US visa center.

1. Toilet seat cover loose, staff couldn't fix it. 2. Too much mosquito, toilet window door not closable, even staff couldn't repair. 3. Bed cover and bed spread were dirty. 4. No internet in top floor room. 5. No breakfast available, we booked room only because breakfast available. 6. No good response from staff. 7. Room was not clean. 8. No table in room, only one chair. 9. Cupboard was not clean, having foul smell.
