This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in all my years of travel. This place has multiple property owners and IDs managing each floor. Through booking.com the property is managed by OYO. We had paid 50% advance a month before travelling to guarantee the accommodation availability. When we reached the place, we were informed by the property manager (rude and indifferent) that no rooms were available and it's fully booked out. Then when we had to contact Customer care, Oyo regional manager to sort out the rooms. After making us wait for nearly 3 hours, rooms were finally given our rooms. The rooms themselves were horrible. Unclean bedsheets, used towels, broken faucet. No hot water. Worst of all, there were people (not guests) living there. It felt like I was in a hostel with students making noise throughout the night. It felt very unsafe. I am going to boycott any property that is managed by OYO or any other similar entity. This is completely unacceptable!
