The wifi doesn’t work , they don’t care to come and fix it or any issues

I loved the apartment looking exactly like the pictures advertised and how clean it was. Not to mentions the amazing view of the Mountain. I loved how easy it was to get around due to the proximity of the apartment to other areas. Thank you.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t open the window nor use the aircon, it gets quite stuffy from the heater as it was a cold weekend. Also please repair the toilet roll holder.

Locating the place was abit hectic.Not cleary shown on google maps.Took sometime locating the place.Just add absa building to make it easier.

They did not know that the place was called City Scape Haven. The place was not 300 meters from the Christian Barnard Hospital. No one could tell me where the free parking was. We left and rebooked at another place. They could not call the manager and gave me his number. He was incompetent and wanted my booking. I was in my car and my phone took too much time to send it to him. I will not advise any of my friends to ever use this horrible place. I hope to get my refund back but if not going to make this place extremely social on facebook
