Blanket for sofa bed was filthy. Room wasn’t cleaned/serviced. Staff didn’t seem customer focused…made excuses, no apologies. I’ve received better service in a 2 star motel.

I grew up here and was excited for the town when this property was built. However, in a very short time, this property has aged rapidly. I attribute some on the build quality and the rest on care and poor maintenance. It just didn't feel clean. The elevator made some worrisome noises. My bed was comfortable and appeared to have new sheets which was the one positive. I've attached some pics from the room (311). I didn't feel unsafe as it resides next to the Sheriff's department. Only thing I like it was 6 minutes from our event the bed pillows I had six pillars that look like they ran out of air just ridiculous staff members was never at the front desk going or coming with the Levi keys just on the desk when we left out

I didn't like anything the toilet look like it haven't been cleaned in 3-4 years the shower wasn't clean it had mildew stains couldn't even see inside the shower if the shower doors are so stained up I went to the store and bought toilet bowl cleaner and Lysol to try to clean up the bathroom myself so you tell me if I had a good stay

We came to stay the weekend to visit friends. The whole place was very nice and clean, but there was a weird chlorine stench to the whole place despite them not having a pool. It was not as bad in the room, but still very disturbing. I'm just assuming this is from too much bleach use but don't really know. I still highly recommend as it is really nice!

It was a place to sleep for one night. Old dated and a bit dusty. Bathroom floors not so clean and no bath soap
