Hotel did not have our reservation when we arrived. Lady at front desk was very nice and apologetic. Called Hotels.com and they had to resubmit the reservation. This process took about 45-60 min. It was already 10:30 at night. We were so tired. Got to our room and it had a dirty diaper on the floor by the bed. Just terrible. We stayed and just left early. Again, the lady at the front desk was very nice and did what she could ti help.

"Don’t stop, go on to Ruston"

I’m not hard to please but between the front desk worker smoking and talking outside while we walk in with luggage to check in, the ac wasn’t on in the room when we got there (hot and smelly), toilet stains, really tiny pillows, and coffee supplies in the breakfast area not stocked properly, I wouldn’t go back

Strange that they allow visitors company vehicles to occupy the driveway/drop off area. Crew members drinking beer and grilling out front. This behavior brings down the establishment a bit. Should have a side area for that not the main entrance.

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good. However, there were men hanging out in the back parking lot, drinking and playing loud music, it kept us awake for most of the night. I call front desk about it and was told they would try to make them turn their music down but it didn’t work! They were pretty much wasted. When I pay $175 a night for a hotel I would love to have a peaceful nights sleep. I understand that it’s not the employees fault but it was a very restless night. Also, people roaming up and down the halls at 3:00 in the morning, yelling and screaming at each other!

I like that it was pretty pleasant stay wasn't any noise had a Walmart next door had a police station next door. I would have preferred a tub instead of a shower. But I would definitely stay here again.
